Moved in San Francisco and Impel was great! Great customer service that answered all my questions ahead of time and great service from Max and his colleague on moving day! They showed up on time and Max was sure to ask where everything goes and ensure everything was packed up safely. Would definitely recommend!!!

Max and Ivan were my movers from a second story 2 bedroom to a first floor single apartment. They were able to disassemble, move and reassemble all my furniture and other decor in about 2 hours! Very sweet and hard working young men! They even helped out my neighbor and sold her some tape and boxes for her move at a great price and took it all up to her second floor apartment. All my stuff was moved and wrapped great, and they even managed to leave it in BETTER condition than they found it. Highly recommend to anyone

I have absolutely no complaints about Impel. I moved a 1 bedroom from San Francisco to Mountain View, and from the very beginning the team at Impel was very professional and responsive. The movers (Max and Ivan) were efficient and organized and very friendly. Highly recommend!

These movers were better than we could have dreamed. Moving into our first condo, we were broadsided with a long list of rules and requirements and possible penalties if there were any damages. LUCKILY… Max and his team took the time to wrap every item of furniture, walk the routes in the hallways with us, and deliver everything (over the course of 6 hours) with no damage. They were all super professional and grateful every time we showed our appreciation for the care they were taking. If you’re looking for a moving experience where ‘everything just goes right’, call IMPEL.

Honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Not only did this company have the most reasonable quote out of the 3 we looked at, they also did an amazing job! The showed up right on time, worked very efficiently, helped out with every request and had an amazing positive attitude the whole time. Dennis the organizer was very prompt and professional in every response to questions we had. Tim, the lead mover, was exceptional to work with. He jumped in and went above expectations the entire time and all of the movers were very professional. We signed up for a pre-pack the day before the move since we had a tight 4 hour window at our HOA condo and it was well worth it! The guys showed up and prepped everything the day before, wrapping furniture, helping get things in boxes and prepped wardrobes etc. So worth it for a stress free move day! Day of, these guys worked without any complaints in a very strict HOA building and covered the 400’ building hallway carpets with plastic to avoid damage. The didn’t damage a single item and were extremely respectful of all of our belongings. There was a thorough inspection of the building after the move and not so much as a scratch! These guys are absolute pros and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with them again and will recommend them to anyone we know who is moving!

Impel has helped us move twice now, and both were difficult projects with lots of stairs and tricky spaces. The movers are incredible: careful, deliberate and conscientious. You won't find a better value for the amount of professionalism and support Impel provides. 10/10!!!

Absolutely amazing. I wish I can give them 10 stars. What a great moving team. Serga and Alex were very careful with my belongings and did a wonderful job with moving my things, plus they are very polite young men. I definitely recommend using them.

Great experience! Alex and Andre were very professional and quick. Took great care to protect our furniture and valuables. I had most my stuff packed up in boxes in preparation. They loaded one bedroom condo in about 2.5 hours in to a twenty ft truck. They took about the same time to unload in my new place with two sets of stairs! I helped out with unwrapping the furniture. Glad that they were able to help move me in one afternoon.
