Create a moving checklist

Get rid of stuff
Go through your belongings room by room. Get an idea of how much you’ve got and make notes of what can go.

Reuse original boxes from electronics
As you know, all smart appliances come delivered in their own boxes. Don’t forget to reuse them, if you still have this boxes. It saves you from buying new cardboard ones.

Put heavier items on the bottom of the boxes and don’t leave
It helps to save the balance of your boxes and also not to accidentally broke some of your belongings.

Avoid mixing things from different rooms in the same box
It will make your packing (and unpacking, for sure) a lot easier and quicker.

Color-code boxes
Save time by picking up a sheet of different colored stickers and assigning each color a room.
