Request a Certificate of Insurance
Buildings, storage facilities and business parks often need proof of insurance before a truck is allowed in. Send us the details below and we will issue the certificate to your building manager.
What to have ready
COIs move fastest when the building's requirements come with the request. Have these to hand:
- The building name, street address and unit number.
- The management company or building manager's name and email address.
- The coverage limits the building asks for, plus any wording they require, such as additional insured or waiver of subrogation.
- Your move date, so the certificate covers the right window.

Turnaround time
Certificate turnaround depends on the completeness of your request and the insurer's processing schedule. Send us your deadline so we can confirm the available timing.
Coverage limits
Standard limits and any building-specific requirement are confirmed with your certificate. If your building asks for a limit we do not carry, we will tell you before you book rather than after.
