| 3 movers | $260 per hour | $250 per hour |
| 4 movers | $330 per hour | $320 per hour |
Three-hour minimum. $80 one-time truck fee.

How the estimates work
- The starting price already includes the one-time $80 truck fee.
- Each range allows for up to four additional hours beyond the base time shown.
- Crew size is confirmed with you during the estimate process.
- Actual hours worked determine the final invoice.
- Ranges are not fixed-price packages and they are not maximum charges.
- The three-hour minimum applies to all jobs. The four- and five-hour base times in the home-size examples are planning assumptions, not separate booking minimums.

Pricing questions
Are these estimated costs my final price?
No. These examples help you plan your budget. Your move’s inventory, access requirements, crew size, and agreed services may differ from the examples. Request a written estimate for your specific move.
What are your hourly rates?
Rates depend on crew size and payment method. 2 movers: $190/hour by card or debit, or $180/hour in cash. 3 movers: $260/hour by card or debit, or $250/hour in cash. 4 movers: $330/hour by card or debit, or $320/hour in cash.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Every job has a three-hour minimum, whatever the size of the move.
Is there a truck fee?
Yes - a one-time $80 truck fee applies to every job. It is already included in the starting prices and estimated ranges on this page, so it is never added twice.
Are cash and card rates different?
Yes, for cash. Cash is $10 per hour lower than card or debit: 2 movers $180 versus $190, 3 movers $250 versus $260, and 4 movers $320 versus $330 per hour. Card and debit are billed at the same rate.
Are bedroom-based estimates fixed prices?
No. A home-size example is a planning starting point only. Crew size is confirmed with you during the estimate process, the ranges are not fixed-price packages or maximum charges, and your final invoice reflects the actual hours worked at the applicable rate plus the one-time truck fee.
What happens if the move takes longer than the estimate?
You pay the applicable hourly rate for the extra time. The estimated ranges allow for up to four additional hours beyond the base time shown for that home size; if the work runs longer, the same hourly rate still applies.
